By using Metabolistic you're agreeing to these terms. I've kept them short and in plain language. The one section I really want you to read is the first.

This is a tool, not a doctor

Metabolistic analyses the numbers you give it and shows you patterns. That's all it is — an analytics tool, not medical advice.

• Nothing here is medical, nutritional, or clinical advice, and I'm not your doctor or dietitian.
• The figures — your TDEE estimate, projections, body-fat estimates, suggested deficits — are estimates from your own data, not prescriptions. They can be wrong, especially early on when there's little data.
• Before making real changes to how you eat, train, or manage a health condition, talk to a qualified professional — particularly if you're pregnant, have a history of disordered eating, diabetes, an eating disorder, or any medical condition affected by diet.
• You're responsible for the choices you make with the information the app shows you.

If working with your own weight and calorie data ever feels harmful rather than helpful, please step away and talk to someone qualified. The goal of this tool is to give you clarity and independence — never to push you toward extremes.

Your account

• Keep your login details to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Log your own data, and don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to harm others.
• I can suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or these terms.

Your data is yours

Anything you log belongs to you. I don't claim ownership of it, and you can export or delete it at any time. How I handle it is spelled out in the Privacy Policy.

The app itself

The app, its design, text, and branding are mine. Using the service doesn't give you the right to copy or reuse those beyond normal personal use of the tool.

Availability and "as is"

I work hard to keep Metabolistic running and accurate, but I offer it as is. I can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that every estimate is correct. Features may change, and — while I'll always give reasonable notice for anything significant — the service could change or end. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses arising from using (or being unable to use) the app, or from decisions you make based on it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
